هذا شهر رمضان على الأبواب فأحيوا في نفوسكم جميع معانيه الدينية و الاجتماعية و ابدءوا لتحقيق ذلك بالاتحاد في صومه و الاتحاد في الخروج منه واظهروا في هذين اليومين بالمظهر المشرف لدينكم و لجماعتكم، واجتمعوا على السرور بمقدمه و على الابتهاج بوداعه، و اعلموا أن للاتحاد هيبة، وأن في الاجتماع قوة و سطوة فاستجلوا هذه المعاني في مظاهر دينكم، و استغلوا ثمراتها في ظواهر دنياكم.
